Final Sale / No Returns

All sales are final. Please inspect merchandise carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or price adjustments after an item has been purchased or picked up.

If we made an error in fulfilling your order, contact us within 24 hours of pickup with your receipt and photos of the item.

Merchandise Condition

Our inventory may include overstock, customer returns, shelf pulls, open-box items, discontinued merchandise, and liquidation inventory. Packaging may show handling wear, tape residue, creases, cosmetic scuffs, or damaged corners.

Product photos and condition notes are intended to show the actual item and packaging condition. Contents, colors, sizes, and included accessories should be verified before purchase.

Open-Box & As-Is Items

Items marked Open Box, As Is, Used, Damaged Box, or Missing Parts are priced based on their disclosed condition and are sold in that condition. Customers are responsible for inspecting these items before purchase.

Pickup Policy

Customers are responsible for picking up purchases during the agreed pickup window. Bring appropriate help and a suitable vehicle for large items. Once merchandise leaves our location, Sylvania Bargain Bin is not responsible for damage caused during loading, transport, assembly, installation, or use.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and inventory are subject to change without notice. Quantities are limited, and items are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or inventory errors before completing a sale.

Sylvania Bargain Bin is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Target, Walmart, Wayfair, or any other manufacturer or retailer. Any brand names are used only to identify the source, manufacturer, or compatibility of merchandise when applicable.

Safety & Recalls

Customers should review manufacturer instructions, warnings, and applicable product-recall information before using merchandise. Do not use items that appear unsafe, incomplete, or damaged beyond ordinary packaging wear.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these policies is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Important Ohio note: avoid advertising the business itself as a “liquidation sale” unless that description is legally accurate; Ohio restricts use of that term.
